Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Processing times may be longer during major releases, holidays, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our normal operations.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by a carrier or by Legends Lounge Games are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Packaging

We take care to package trading cards, sealed products, and accessories securely for shipment. Tracking information is provided when it is included with the selected shipping service.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our possession. If tracking shows an unusual delay or another delivery problem, contact us with your order information so we can help review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

International shipping is available only where offered at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
