    Frequently asked questions

    1. What are the Hours of Operation of Legends Lounge?

    We're open seven days a week currently with the posted hours below.

    Customer Service is open from Open to Close, and if you're reaching out via text message ( which is definitely the best way to get ahold of us ), you'll often catch us before and well after our posted ours.

    Shipping Hours are typically from Open till about 3PM, that way we have time to get orders packed up and dropped off to the relevant carrier. We do push to have last minute orders shipped also if we aren't too bogged down.

    Sunday - 10AM to 8PM PST
    Monday to Saturday - 9AM to 9PM PST
    2. Communicating with Legends Lounge

    We're available via Email, Text, and Discord 7 days a week. Sometimes we may be stuck in the heat of the moment and not properly reply to a message. If we do that to you, we're sorry. Also, feel free to "pester" us with multiple messages if you haven't been gotten to our your question is time sensitive. It won't bother us at all. Check out our Contact page to find the best way to get ahold of us.
    3. We won't cancel your preorder because Market Prices change.

    We're human, and a smaller team ( but hopefully growing! ), so mistakes can happen with product preorders. Our goal is to A. make this as rare as absolutely possible and B. if it does happen, make sure the ball isn't one we dropped. If we do cancel a preorder, it will only ever be because we were shipped the product we were guaranteed or because the distributor raised the price above what we sold it for. In which case, we will supply proof to you, offer the product at 10% over cost, and if that doesn't work for you, refund the product. If we are breaking even, or only have a marginal loss on a preorder, we aren't cancelling it. This has only happened once since 2020 to us, so chances are slim.
    4. When do Pre Orders Ship?

    We do our best to have preorders ship the soonest contractually we can. Often we get product a day or two before release date at a minimum and we try to schedule shipments accordingly so they're received by release date but the world unfortunately isn't perfect. Due to supply issues ( Looking at you Pokemon ), we may ship product up to three days after its release day. Whatever timetable we're looking at, we'll do our best to communicate with you along the way.
